Daniel Smith , BSc, LLB, BBus(Man), MBA and GDTIM, founded The Genius Project and has been exploring this field since 1996 as a professional speaker and consultant on innovation, accelerated learning and genius. He was certified as an NLP Trainer by the co-founder of NLP, Dr John Grinder. Along with founding companies as an entrepreneur, Daniel has applied what he has learned and acquired five degrees across psychology, law and business, and is a martial arts master. Currently, he is the Chairman of The China NLP Society and Vice-President of China Advanced Toastmasters Club.
Andrew Smith , BA, joined The Genius Project in October 2008 as a research assistant, having been involved in developing learning strategies since 1998 and in personal development since 2003. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Philosophy and Ethics) and, at present, is simultaneously undergoing studies in applied theology and postgraduate studies in education. He has been teaching students of primary and high school ages in various settings since 2001.
